The bat glanced around her limited field of vision; despite her flailing and sobbing, Rouge's mind remained focused on survival. Metal may have had a massive advantage over her all this time, but the last thing she was about to do was go down without a fight. In a nearby pile of scrap, one object in particular caught her eye: a steel bar, which looked like it had once been part of the undercarriage of a hover sled. Clenching her jaw with determination, Rouge stretched her arm to snatch it, rolling onto her side in the process. "... I SAID NO!!!" With what strength remained in her arms, the bat jammed the bar into Metal's turbine. [dice=6] [rand=59124617717606784257830783346997596014394872207115303257666448444]

[dice=6] Growing tired and frustrated with her lack of cooperation, Metal had sent off a silent call for a hover pod to come pick the two of them up. As he struggled to keep her down he paid no second thought to his talons as he pushed them into her backside and attempted to use his weight against hers. When she had grabbed the bar and threw it in desperation, in her weakened condition it barely caused him a scratch much less real harm. In fact, it turned out to be a mistake as Metal simply pulled it away and... hit her with it.[rand=942704188104902223484117019713813780870052036073528156786522258237]

Rouge's eyes widened when the robot pulled her makeshift skewer back out and raised it to strike, and she quickly covered her head with her arms. Even though she screamed at the top of her lungs as the blow made contact, she was still able to hear the sickening snap in her forearm. A new wave of pain rushed over Rouge's body as she hugged the injured limb to her chest, gasping for breath between her sobs. If it wasn't broken all together, it'd at least been fractured.

Thankfully, before the robot would have much of a chance to do anything else, the hover pod arrived at the end of the alley. Two SWATbots exited and approached the two, and Metal allowed them to take over handling her. As he watched her be carried off he muttered a feint "Hmph" to himself, giving the bar he was still holding a violent toss into a nearby wall. Briefly he was considering whether or not he should accompany them, but in the end didn't particularly want to be hanging around the prison unit. So, with that decision made, he turned the opposite direction and began to glide off.
