When Dash had walked into the portal, he had been thinking he'd walk back out... as in, onto firm land. Instead, he found himself walking out into very un-firm air, and plummeting. Or at least, plummeting until he smacked into something. THUMP.He blinked in confusion, before sitting up a bit. Apparently, from what a quick glance around told him, he was now on the roof of some sort of thatched roof cottage. However, about as soon as he had figured that out, the cottage roof revealed it wasn't exactly made to support the weight of a tenrec, and he continued his earlier plummet... Luckily, it was stopped once again. By a bed. A rather uncomfortable, boney bed. Why a bed would be boney didn't register to him at first. And then it dawned to him, and he probably went much paler under his fur. "EXCUSE ME- I DIDN'T MEAN FOR THAT TO HAPPEN..."

"Ow..." Sally moaned, squirming slightly beneath the tenrec and painfully holding her abdomen. "Hngh... What in the world hap--" She suddenly caught sight of who had landed on her, and for a split second she thought it was Sonic playing one of his silly pranks. But no... this was someone else. Someone equally familiar... The princess's eyes widened, her injuries forgotten. "Dash??"

The tenrec gave a confused blink as he tried to scramble off of the girl he'd accidentally crash landed on, however, the rope that was keeping him tethered from the portal seemed to of gotten them... a bit tangled up "... Aw geeze..."

Sally quickly realized the problem as well. "Uh oh... Just... don't panic." The ground squirrel struggled to help negotiate the rope, but as a result of Dash's frantic flailing... they actually just ended up tied more tightly together. Sally grunted and pushed the tenrec back what distance she could. "Dash, you have to calm down, or this is going to get too tight for us to breathe!"

The tenrec froze in his struggles for a moment. "How do you know my n-" of course, now that he stopped struggling, he noticed something else. The squirrel girl he'd landed on (and subsequently got tangled up with) was, in fact, completely without clothing. If he had gone pale under his fur earlier, one could guess that now he was bright red under it. The fact that the ropes had tied them together in a rather compromising way did not help whatsoever. " OHGEEZEOHGEEZEOHGEEZE, SORRYIDIDN'T-I'MNOTTRYING-I'MNOTAPERV!"

At that moment... "Hey Sal, you wanna tell me why there's some cat girl in Tails'..."" Sonic stopped, staring at the scene before him. "WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON HERE!?!"

Apparently too distracted to realize just how misleading the situation appeared, Sally continued to squirm against their bindings, which really only resulted in one of her arms becoming restrained as a loop of the rope got hooked around the corner of the mattress. Finally she noticed Sonic in the doorway. "Sonic, give us a hand!" The ground squirrel moaned orgasmed grunted as her movement became increasingly limited due to Dash's flailing. "Dash, stop, this is starting to hurt!!"

"GIVE HIM A HAND!?!?" Oh he'd give him a hand all right... In a flash Sonic spindashed accross the room, slicing the ropes off them, landing on the other side of the bed, and grabbed Dash by his neck and hauled him off Sally. "Why you dirty no good.." he growled, getting ready to beat Dash's brains out...when he realized just who he was holding, "...Dash!?

At this point, the tenrec was so traumatized (by being tied to unclothed women* and being nearly beaten up) that the only reply he could come up with was a simple " meep". *No, he's not gay.

"Sonic, wait!!" the princess called, breathing out a sigh of relief as her bindings were loosened. "It's just a misunderstanding, don't hurt him!" Sally sat up and began to brush the severed ropes off her body, though the bit that had snagged her right arm continued to hold strong. Beginning to distractedly work on the knot that had formed, the ground squirrel turned her attention to the tenrec. "Dash, I can't believe you're here, and that you're okay!! How did you escape from Robotnik? ... No, forget that one, how did you get deroboticized?!"

"Yeah...I couldn't believe he was here either," Sonic said rather sarcastically, dropping Dash to the floor. He was glad to see him ok, but was still pevved on where and how he had found him when he'd come in. "Start talking fast, bud."

Sally continued to work on loosening her arm from the rope. Right about then it occurred to her: where was this rope even coming from? The princess's gaze drifted skyward, but all she saw was a rope disappearing into sky. How unusual...Suddenly the slack of the rope tightened again, and Sally's arm was pulled above her head. "H-Hey!! What's happening??" Before she knew it, she was lifted completely off her bed and would soon be passing through the hole in her roof. "Ow, wait! Hey!!" Then another sudden, and far more powerful tug came at the rope, and Sally found herself rushing up to meet the sky. "SONIIIIIIIIC!!!"

Sonic immediatly turned towards Sally, but by the time he even got moving she was already halfway through the portal. "Sal!" He lept, meaning to follow her...but instead only jumped briefly through the hole in the cielling before falling back down to the floor. "SALLY!" He stood there for a second, gaping, before turning on Dash. "All right pal!" he said, snatching him up again, "WHERE DID SHE GO!?

Great, there went his way home. Even greater, now he the hedgehog was threatening to beat the crud out of him if he didn't get answers. ... Didn't the squirrel call him Sonic? ... He did look like Sonic... But wasn't this supposed to be another world entirely? How'd Sonic get here, then? But anyway, if he didn't get answers soon, Dash was probably going to end up in a world of pain, and really, at the moment, he wasn't in the mood for it (or ever, actually). "That portal goes to Dr. Finitevus's base..."

"And WHO the HECK is that?" Sonic asked.

Dash blinked. This answered one of his earlier questions. The Sonic he knew of knew of Finitevus, this one didn't. Therefor, this one wasn't the Sonic he knew of. "Finitevus is my boss..." he paused, deciding it'd be best to get everything out of the way before the blue hedgehog got angrier, ".. and I should probably explain all this." The tenrec pointed upward, past the hole in the roof toward the direction of the portal. "I'm from another world entirely, and I was sent to investigate this place but... uhm... I wasn't prepared for what happened." He paused for a moment, remembering the events that had just happened moments earlier, suddenly feeling awkward again. "Really, really not prepared... anyway, that rope wasn't meant for... uhm... 'Sal'?" He pointed at the harness he was wearing, with the cut end of rope secured to it. "It was supposed to be my ticket back home, but now I guess that's out of the question."

Aaand... he was a alone, in a strange place he knew nothing about (other then it had it's own blue hedgehog named Sonic), with no apparent way to get back home. "... yeah, okay." he muttered, as he started to remove the harness. There wasn't any point in wearing it if it wasn't going to help him get back home. "I hate you too, Fate."
